Great law office. We've had many clients Complete transactions with them for over 10years. They are quick to respond to inquiries and emails regardless if it's a weekend or after 5pm. Although they are located in Markham, the lawyer is accommodating and willing to meet in Mississauga for clients. That's a plus!

My experience with this lawyer and his staff was a nightmare! I needed to switch lawyer/solicitor a week before my Final Closing of purchased property. Recommended by a relative years back but I should have listened to Joe G 's recent review online that ended with YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. When they send you Funds Summary please examine it very carefully. His professional fee looks reasonable but the disbursement section seems padded. You will be charged more when added together. When I questioned the charges, there was an attempt to mislead me so I told them I am not happy w/ it and the way they deal w/ clients for personal reasons, I may have to switch lawyer. They came back saying it's okay as long as you pay us $400 what we already did for you. Later I asked him to send me a Retainer Agreement for his services for the Final Closing then I'm willing to pay but, he cannot produce and send back, giving me a reason it did not exist. He replied "with or without the agreement" you have to pay or I will file a small claim. What a shame! Not even a zero star deserves this (but there's no option) This legal experience for me is horrible, rip-off and deceitful...a DISGRACE to the profession!

Don't use this lawyer, they are garbage to the max. Do yourself a favour and pay a good lawyer. He maybe cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. They ended up costing me $3000 in fees that could have easily been waived upon contract signing. You've been warned.
